Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information KnowledgeTech (operated by Sharnita Gates Academy, Georgia, USA) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information — your name, email, and workspace name when you sign up, and the people you add.
- Your workspace content — the projects, contacts, records, files, and other information you and your team add.
- Billing information — handled by Stripe. We see your plan, payment status, and the last digits of your card, never your full card number.
- Usage and technical information — such as sign-in times, the device and browser you use, and an activity log of changes made in your workspace.
- Optional connections — if you connect a bank (through Plaid), account and transaction details are imported into your private records; the connection token stays on our servers only.
How we use it
To run the Service for you, keep it secure, process payments, send account emails (like sign-in links, trial reminders, and receipts), provide support, and improve the Service. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your workspace content for advertising.
Who can see it
- Each workspace is separated from every other workspace.
- Inside your workspace, people see what the owner's access settings allow.
- Whole Life health records and Wallet items are private to the person who owns them. Wallet items are encrypted in your browser with your own passphrase before they're saved.
- We share information with the service providers that run parts of the Service — Supabase (hosting, database, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend and Zoho (email), Plaid (bank connections you choose to make), and Anthropic (AI features, when used) — only as needed to provide them.
- We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of people or the Service.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your workspace is open. If a plan ends, we keep your data for at least 90 days so you can return; after that we may delete it. You can ask us to delete your workspace sooner.
Your choices
You can update your information in the Service, export records, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us.
Security
We use encrypted connections, per-workspace access rules enforced by the database, and sign-out-everywhere controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
Children
The Service isn't intended for children under 13, and workspaces must be opened by adults.
Changes
If we make important changes to this policy, we'll let you know by email or in the Service.
