Terms of Service

Last updated October 6, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Sharnita Gates Academy, a Georgia business (“we”, “us”), for your use of KnowledgeTech, Kingdom Workspace, and the related websites and services (the “Service”). By starting a trial or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

1. Your account and workspace

You're responsible for your account, for keeping your password private, and for everyone you give access to your workspace. Tell us right away if you think someone got into your account without permission. You must be at least 18 to open a workspace.

2. Free trial, plans, and payment

3. Your content

You own what you put into the Service. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to run the Service for you. You're responsible for having the right to use anything you upload and for following the law — including privacy, email-marketing, and consumer-protection laws — when you contact people or sell through the Service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, send spam, harm or harass anyone, upload malicious code, try to get into other people's workspaces, or overload or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Other services we rely on

Parts of the Service are provided through other companies, such as Supabase (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), Resend and Zoho (email), Plaid (optional bank connections), and Anthropic (optional AI features). Your use of features that rely on them may also be subject to their terms.

6. Information, not professional advice

The Service — including any AI assistant — may provide general information about legal, tax, financial, health, or other topics. It isn't professional advice and isn't a substitute for a licensed professional.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but the Service is provided “as is” and we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change, or retire features. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

8. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations of these terms, or for non-payment.

10. Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. If we make important changes, we'll let you know by email or in the Service before they take effect.
